This project consists of reconfiguring and remodeling three large aircraft hangers on a fully operational air force base. The reconfiguration of one hanger included major modifications to the structural steel which included raising the entire hanger ten feet higher and increasing the building envelope and sliding hanger door so that a larger aircraft has access to the hanger.

Work in two of the hangers included the complete removal and replacement of their fire suppression systems: the fire detection and alarm system, fire sprinkler system and high expansion foam system. Other features of work included new mechanical systems, remodeling of interior office spaces and installing new finishes, as well as the application of 120,000 square feet of new urethane flooring.
