One single building with 39,500sf of total building area divided into 28,300sf of service bays (10 EA), and 11,200 SF of offices and bathrooms. The site is 7 acres in total with 28,000sf of AC parking, 28,000sf of PCC paving, 18,000sf of asphalt road construction, the remaining site was landscaped and hydroseeded.

Building construction was a masonry shell with a steel bar joist roof structure and a metal deck. The roof was standing seam with a sheet metal gutter system that interfaced with the on-site storm water management. ATFP windows and doors on the exterior. Restrooms with locker and shower area. High STC interior construction. (2) certified arms vaults. Vehicle exhaust system, wire mesh partitions and storage landscaped the service bays. Mostly rock landscape for ease of maintenance. Special features included: Spray foam insulation on the exterior envelope, high end epoxy flooring in main halls, 1,000 gallon propane tank, fabric air diffuser duct work, extensive storm water management on-site, contractor designed and provided FF&E, access flooring, long range communications antenna pad, free standing pavilion and (2) arms vaults.
