The project consisted of modernizing 5 buildings totaling 55,000 square feet connected by covered walkways, fencing, playgrounds, concrete courtyards, and landscaping. Building scope included all new roofing, mechanical units, controls, tubular skylights, lighting upgrades, controls, drywall, and painting.

The site work portion of the project included ADA compliance upgrades, paving, striping, landscaping, and a 153kW solar photovoltaic (PV) system that included 10,000 square feet of solar panels mounted on new structural steel shade structures.
