This residential substance abuse treatment center was constructed for Indian Health Services in Hemet California. The project consists of four separate structures totaling 35,500 sf. The project is to receive a LEED Gold rating. The facility includes thirty two single beds, four single bed rooms, two beds for close observation, and five family suites.

The features of construction include a water tank, 1200 ft deep water well, fire pump, septic system, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and a production kitchen. The building shell utilizes insulated concrete forms with a wood framed roof system. The exterior is clad in energy efficient glass, fiber cement, plaster, and composite lumber.
