This U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project provided a multi-use, combined training/education center for both the Army Reserve and Air Force Reserves.

Cox Construction completed the construction of four new, one- and two-story buildings totaling 148,000 square feet. These buildings range in size from 6,700 to 64,000 square feet; and they house classrooms, a conference room, multi-purpose training areas, offices, unit storage, arms vault, weapons simulator and a vehicle maintenance shop. One of the buildings is an addition to an existing structure.

"Cox persevered and took risk to ensure that the project kept moving and stayed on schedule. In less capable hands or less cooperative hands, this project would not be nearly as successful."
