The project consisted of the design and construction of 142 training buildings including a shanty town, university, and a prison complex and 3 occupied buildings including a Range Operations Center, an After Action Review Building and a latrine. Buildings range in size from 600sf to 9,300sf. The training buildings are constructed of masonry and concrete with both spancrete panels and CIP concrete roofs.

The finished buildings are constructed of masonry, structural steel, pre-engineered roof trusses, metal deck and metal roofing. Buildings with equipment rooms included an electrical and lighting system, exhaust fan and telecommunications rack equipped to visually and audibly observe the training and feed into the Range Operations Center.
