This U.S. Army Corps of Engineers military construction project is a LEED® Silver certified project that consisted of the construction of a 2-story training building, a Pre-engineered metal Operations and Maintenance Shop, and a Pre-engineered metal unheated Storage Building totaling 95,000 square feet.

Construction also included 535,000 square feet of site work and 375 Kilowatt Photo-voltaic system mounted on 28,000 square foot of parking canopies.
